SOFA BED MATTRESS STORAGE

All our sofa bed mattresses fold away underneath the seats so there is no need to store separately.

HOW TO OPEN A W&H SOFA BED

Remove the back and seat cushions. Grip hold of the metal frame and pull it up until you are able to bring the frame towards you and it unfolds onto the floor.
BOOKING YOUR DELIVERY

Once your furniture has arrived with our delivery experts, they will contact you to arrange a delivery date and 2 hour time slot.

SOFA BED SHEETS

We’ve collaborated with the luxury British bed brand Tonder & Tonder to design an exclusive range of handmade Willow & Hall fitted sofa bed sheets which can be added to your order as a ‘finishing touch’. Alternatively, if you’d rather use your current bed sheets our experts recommend a loose fitting double sheet for a 2 seater sofa bed mattress; a fitted double sheet for a 3 seater mattress; a loose fitted king size sheet for a 3.5 seater mattress; and a fitted king size sheet for a 4 seater mattress.

RECYCLING

We can recycle your old furniture when we deliver your new design from £70 a piece. Please note that orders can only be collected across a maximum of 2 flights of stairs. If your property or room of choice requires traversing more than 2 flights of stairs, then recycle my item will only be possible using a lift.

DELIVERY

We deliver to any UK-mainland postcode for £70. Our delivery experts will place and assemble, if required, your furniture in your room of choice and take away any packaging for recycling. Orders can be delivered up/down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs. If your property or room of choice requires traversing more than 2 flights of stairs, then delivery will only be possible using a lift.
NON-UK MAINLAND DELIVERIES

Our delivery experts can deliver to a port/ shipping company of your choice. Please give our team a call on 020 8939 3800 for more information.

RISK FREE RETURNS

If you would like to return your furniture please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a refund. This applies to all designs whatever personalisation options you have chosen. The only exception is for bespoke items; e.g. using a bespoke fabric that we don’t offer in our collections. Please read our terms & conditions for more details.
