The Willow & Hall residence has been celebrating this week, and rightly so! Excuse our boasting, but for the third year running, we have been awarded Feefo’s Gold Trusted Merchant Accreditation. This is one super prestigious award, based on the independent feedback received from our customers’ experiences. In the words of Feefo themselves, “this accreditation recognises the hard work and excellent customer service that merchants consistently deliver, in the eyes of their genuine customers”. To be accredited with this award, we had to receive an average service rating of between 95% and 100% and so that said, you can understand our cause for celebration.
At Willow & Hall, we are extremely passionate about our service, so we are delighted to receive such a well-respected accreditation.
