Ordering & Delivery

DELIVERY

We estimate delivery within 4-5 weeks for our handmade, personalised designs, within 2 weeks for our fast delivery designs and within 1-2 weeks for our clearance items, unless stated otherwise on our website at the time of your order. Once your furniture has arrived with our delivery experts, they'll contact you to arrange a delivery date and 2 hour time slot.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

Delivery is £75 per order to any UK Mainland postcode. For non-UK Mainland and International orders, our delivery experts can also deliver to a port or shipping company of your choice. Please call us on 020 8939 3800 for more information.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Every piece of furniture is delivered by a two man delivery team, who offer a white glove delivery service into a room of your choice, where your furniture will be unpacked, assembled (if required) and all packaging disposed of and recycled. Orders can be delivered up/down a maximum of 2 flights of stairs. If your property or room of choice requires traversing more than 2 flights of stairs, then delivery will only be possible using a lift.

RECYCLING YOUR OLD FURNITURE

We can recycle your old furniture when we deliver your new design from £75 a piece. As per our delivery service, recycled items can only be removed across a maximum of 2 flights of stairs. If your property or room of choice requires traversing more than 2 flights of stairs, then collecting your item for recycling will only be possible using a lift.

REMOVABLE ARMS

Our delivery experts recommend ordering removable arms if this option is available with your chosen design, especially if your home has narrow door frames or tight angles. At time of delivery the arms will only be removed if required to ensure safe delivery of your design. Our delivery experts will then show you how to remove the arms yourself, so you're prepped to do this safely yourself in the future if needed.

However you choose to order, you’ll be guided step-by-step through our personalisation options.

Once you receive your order we’re sure you will be happy with your handmade design, but if you would like to return your furniture please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund including any delivery charges. This applies to all made-to-order designs whatever personalisation options you have chosen.
