BED STYLE
Bedstead
Our bedsteads are made up of a complete frame including the legs and headboard, with a sprung base to support your mattress. This style of bed is our interior designers’ favourite from a design perspective and can be personalised from our handpicked fabric collection.
Storage Beds
Storage beds can have either a divan bed base or ottoman bed base which can also be ordered with an attached headboard. Our divan beds all have a solid or platform edge divan for comfort and have drawers in the base which slide out on castors. They can be personalised with continental drawers, where the drawer at the head of the bed is narrower to allow for a bedside table. Or a 2 or 4 drawer option, depending on the size of bed you choose, where all drawers are equal sizes. For even more space our ottoman beds are the ideal choice. The base and mattress can easily be lifted at the foot end of the bed using hydraulic springs, providing ample storage in the space underneath.
Headboards
Headboards make a beautiful focal point in your bedroom. They can be ordered on their own to attach to all standard UK divan beds or ottoman beds, or you can order with one of our bed bases to create a storage bed.
BED DESIGN
Button Back
With intricate detailing, button back bed designs make a strong feature for the bedroom. Equally suited to modern and traditional homes, they are the perfect way to create a focal point at the heart of the room. Pair with a bold velvet to make an even stronger statement, or choose a more neutral, natural fabric to tie your scheme together.
Scrolled Head/Foot Board
Perfect for adding a touch of grandeur to your bedroom. A scrolled headboard adds height and depth to your bedframe and can be paired with or without a scrolled footboard.
Winged
To add a third dimension to your bed frame, choose a winged option. They provide a cosier feel by mimicking the enveloping feel of a four-poster, but without the size.
Square
With clean lines, a square headboard is the most modern design for your bedroom. Pair it with pleating, studs or patterns to add more detail to a simple frame.
BED SIZE
Our beds and headboards are available in 4 sizes; single, double, king and king size. When choosing a bed size for your room, the key is finding a balance between size and space. Ensure you leave enough space to comfortably walk around the bed and open drawers and wardrobes easily. The best way to visualise this is to use masking tape or newspaper to map out the bed size on the floor. If you decide to sacrifice a chest of drawers for a larger bed, then opt for a divan or ottoman base, to replace the storage you otherwise would have lost.
